On your bike for Ride Anywhere Week 2020

Cycling is currently allowed as your one outside exercise of the day; please keep to the rules announced by the Prime Minister on Monday (23 March), socially distance yourself from others, and keep up to date with the latest advice from the UK government on coronavirus.

As a member of Sussex staff, you can take part in Love to Ride - a free national programme to win prizes for cycling and encouraging others to do the same.

Plus, if you cycle during the campaign’s Ride Anywhere Week from 23-29 March, you'll unlock daily prize giveaways - including a bike a day.

How to take part

Anyone can take part; it doesn’t matter if you ride every day or you haven’t been on a bike in years.

Take a minute to register, exercise with a ride and record it on your profile to see what Love to Ride is all about.

You can record your mileage, set yourself goals and earn badges.

How to enter the prize draw

Every day you log a ride from 23-29 March you’ll enter the daily prize draw.

Log your ride by 3pm the following day to go into the draw - winners will be announced at 5pm each day.
