Broadcaster Lemn Sissay to launch Brighton Festival programme on campus

Brighton Festival’s 2020 Guest Director, acclaimed writer and broadcaster Lemn Sissay MBE, will launch this year’s programme on campus on 11 February at an event for staff and students.

As a proud partner of the Brighton Festival, we’re delighted to invite staff and students to celebrate the launch of the programme with a special event at Attenborough Centre for the Creative Arts (ACCA) on Tuesday 11 February 1-2pm. Brighton Festival is an annual celebration of music, theatre, dance, circus, art, film, literature, debate, outdoor and family events.

The launch event will see Lemn Sissay MBE in discussion with Chief Executive of the Festival Andrew Comben and ACCA's Creative Director Laura McDermott will discuss our partnership with the Festival. Staff and students will also have a chance to find out more about ticket offers and hear about opportunities to get involved with the Festival. There will also be the chance to meet Lemn in person.

The event is open to all current staff and students. With limited places available, please register to attend using this link.
