We spend 30 minutes developing mindful awareness. The body, breath, inner processes of thought and feeling, various aspects of our external environment are all potentially a focus for mindful attention. The evidence from clinical research suggests that a regular practice of minduflness can bring benefits across various domains of wellbeing.
