We spend 30 minutes developing a mindful awareness. The body, breath, inner processes of thought and feeling, externally connecting to various aspects of our environment are all potentially a focus for mindful attention. The evidence from clinical research suggests that a regular practice of mindfulness can bring benefits across various domains of well-being.
