Roads, access and other works

Path widening by BSMS

The new pavement around the edge of Sussex House car park (P4) is largely complete, with works on the corner of Sussex House underway. Path expansion on the corner of Biology Road car park (P3) has begun and will have minor impact on traffic in the area.

The Sussex House bus stop will reopen next Wednesday 6 March. To facilitate the works on the corner of Biology Road car park, traffic management will be in place until the end of March.

A27 carriageway repairs

The previously postponed A27 works affecting the westbound carriageway have been rescheduled for the week of Monday 18 March. This will result in out-of-hours closures on the A27 heading towards Brighton, before 6am in the morning and after 8pm in the evening. Clear diversion signage will be in place.
