School of Business, Management and Economics in the media

1st BMEc Data Analytics Competition

The School of Business Management and Economics (BMEc) are pleased to host the first BMEc Data Analytics Competition (BDAC) for all BMEc UG students.

Show off your Excel skills!

This is a great opportunity to work with other students towards furthering your quantitative skills and putting them to the test.

Teams will be working on a seen case study paired with an MS Excel dataset to answer some business questions, which will be assessed by a panel of judges (faculty members and, most likely, practitioners).

The main theme for this year's challenge is advancing data analysis skills in MS Excel: excel@Excel.

The competition will be held in Richmond Lecture Theatre (AS03), 1pm - 5pm on Wednesday 18 April.

Registration closes at 5pm on Saturday 31 March.
