Academic Registrar's Office

The Academic Registrar’s Office is a small team of staff responsible for:

  • Leadership of the Division
  • Student-related Compliance matters
  • Complaints and Appeals

The Academic Registrar’s Office provides leadership of the Academic Registry, and controls policies and services relating to key stages of the student journey.

It also ensures compliance with bodies such as UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) and the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA), and in partnership with Planning, Governance and Compliance, manages the University’s Complaints and Academic Appeals processes and compliance with the Office of the Independent Adjudicator (OIA).
