Academic Registrar's Office

This team is now part of a new division called Student Experience.

The Academic Registrar’s Office is responsible for:

  • Student-related compliance matters
  • Complaints and Appeals

The Academic Registrar’s Office controls policies and services relating to key stages of the student journey.

It also ensures compliance with bodies such as UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) and the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA), and in partnership with Planning, Governance and Compliance, manages the University’s Complaints and Academic Appeals processes and compliance with the Office of the Independent Adjudicator (OIA).
