We are seeking a highly organised, efficient and numerate Senior Office Administrator and PA to support the work of the Development & Alumni Relations Office, and assist the Director. You will also be responsible for managing the  Office Assistant and the efficient delivery of the department’s gift administration processes.

Working closely with the Director of Development and Alumni Relations, you will assist the Director in all relevant administrative and secretarial tasks, whilst managing the day-to-day running of the office. You will have a meticulous eye for detail and accuracy, be a flexible team player and possess excellent communications skills.  An experienced PA, you will also have demonstrable administrative experience with the ability to prioritise a varied and heavy workload.
