Description
Are you interested in a career in marketing in the higher education sector? There has never been a more exciting and interesting time to explore a career in higher education marketing.
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Officer to build on the success of our current student recruitment CRM system. The post-holder will join our marketing team and will work with Marketing Managers and Marketing Officers to develop the capabilities, outputs and reporting of our CRM system.
The post-holder will develop and enhance the enquirer/applicant communications plan and maintain an overview of all communications, working closely with stakeholders from across the organisation to ensure data integrity and a seamless customer experience.
You will provide expert project management and technical support, thus enabling the distribution of targeted content going through the system. You will provide evaluation and constructive feedback for copywriters, enabling them to produce the most effectively targetted content.
You will be experienced in project management with excellent IT skills with the ability to deal with a range of large and complex datasets. Relevant work experience in a sales or marketing setting as well as experience of student recruitment CRM systems within the higher education sector is essential. A recognised qualification in marketing would be desirable.
