They are right by the shops, the Lanes and the conference facilities and directly opposite the ever-interesting West Pier. There are dozens of restaurants within a minute's walk, and Brighton makes a great base for exploring London (50 minutes by rail).

Breakfast is available from £7.50 for a set menu consisting of a selection of cereals, fruit juices, coffee & tea and a cooked dish off our daily menu.
They have wonderful sea-view rooms, all warmly decorated and extremely spacious, including a balcony room which takes everyone's breath away. The rooms at the back are really nice too. The AA always compliment their housekeeping so the rooms are pretty immaculate, as well as being en-suite.
For those arriving by car there's a handy underground car park just across the road (£12.50 per day).
