As our busy and successful course offer expands, we seek a self-motivated, well-organised candidate with experience in the delivery and development of health services, and some experience of training or teaching.
The role is focused on designing learning to meet the changing demands of modern healthcare. Our teaching and CPD is based in a strong clinical and research evidence base, emphasising healthcare change and service improvement
The role focus is to support and develop our programme of postgraduate and CPD courses. Postgraduate programmes are delivered at our Brighton campus, and CPD in the Gatwick area.
The role includes teaching, course design, service improvement project support, assessment, and the development and growth of our use of technology to enhance teaching and learning.
Our students come from clinical and non-clinical disciplines, may be new graduates or mature practitioners, and come from a wide range of services. The postholder will work closely with the Course Leadership team, and take individual responsibility for some course modules, and a range of teaching, tutorial, and research work.
