We are interested in recruiting a teaching fellow to join a vibrant group of management scholars within the Department of Business and Management.
The successful applicant can come from any aspect of the Management field but would be expected to teach a variety of management modules, including for example, Introduction to Business and Management for our first year undergraduate students, Supply Chain Management for our 2nd year students and Ethics and CSR for our final year students.
Applicants need to have an enthusiasm for teaching and for collaborating with colleagues and with students.
Applicants should have industry experience, including connections with local businesses and other organizations that can enhance the understanding of our students about the local employment scene, bringing in guest speakers for example, where appropriate.
Successful applicants will need to show promise of developing a strong teaching profile, evidenced by curriculum development, taking on leadership roles in course management, developing the employability skills of our students and engaging with new approaches to classroom teaching, including the use of technology to support learning.
