The Student Systems and Records Office (SSRO) is seeking a full time Student Progress Assistant. The main purpose of the post is to provide assistance and support to all aspects of undergraduate and postgraduate student administration including registration, progression, readmission, transfers, withdrawals and graduation.
The post includes working at the SSRO Reception Desk to provide a helpful and efficient service to students who make enquiries at the office in person or by telephone and email. The post also involves gathering and monitoring of information relating to the issuing of student visas.
The successful applicant will have considerable contact with students, academic faculty and administrative staff, and will be required to possess good organisational, communication and IT skills.
