A consultancy role, funded by the EPSRC, looking at Agile Software Processes and the implementation of new practices at Future Platforms Ltd. Responsible for looking at, and optimising, information management and structure of social software and information structures and identifying staff needs and development practices.- Associate Tutor (January 2006 - Present)
Associate Tutor role at the University of Sussex. Designing and leading Interdisciplinary and Group Processes, part of the Human-Centred Computing MSc, which focuses on group dynamics and teamwork. Also leading the DPhil/PhD level Research Methods in CSAI. This also included attaining associate tutor accreditation.- Consultant/Director (March 2007 - present)

Assisting senior members of the Department of Computer Science at the University of Hertfordshire with their research in the areas of Algorithms and Adaptive Systems; including the planning and organisation of conferences and workshops, assisting with the preparation and editing of conference proceedings and journal issues and the preparation of research grants and reports.
