Employment History:

• Process Administrator (October 2006 - Present)
  A consultancy role, funded by the EPSRC, looking at Agile Software Processes and the implementation of new practices at Future Platforms Ltd. Responsible for looking at, and optimising, information management and structure of social software and information structures and identifying staff needs and development practices.
• Associate Tutor (January 2006 - Present)
  Associate Tutor role at the University of Sussex. Designing and leading Interdisciplinary and Group Processes, part of the Human-Centred Computing MSc, which focuses on group dynamics and teamwork. Also leading the DPhil/PhD level Research Methods in CSAI. This also included attaining associate tutor accreditation.
• Consultant/Director (March 2007 - present)
  Offering consultancy and training on the implementation of new software development practices, specialising in team communication.
• Research Assistant in Algorithms and Adaptive Systems (May 2003 - January 2007)
  Assisting senior members of the Department of Computer Science at the University of Hertfordshire with their research in the areas of Algorithms and Adaptive Systems; including the planning and organisation of conferences and workshops, assisting with the preparation and editing of conference proceedings and journal issues and the preparation of research grants and reports. Additionally responsible for designing and maintaining research websites, copyediting for journal and workshop publications, bibliographic data maintenance, qualitative content analysis, video coding, and experiment design.
• Educational ICT Tutor (September 2000 - April 2001)
  Working as an Information Communication Technology Lecturer as part of the Work-Related Learning project (based at Brighton College of Technology, now City College Brighton & Hove). Designing and leading courses to classes of 14 to 16 year old students with educational, behavioural and/or physical disabilities for accreditation in OCR Internet Technologies.
