      <title>About..</title>
      <p>
      I am a DPhil Candidate in Cognitive Science at <link href="http://www.sussex.ac.uk/">Sussex University</link> and my supervisor is <link href="http://www.cogs.susx.ac.uk/users/richc/">Richard Cox</link>.
      </p>
      <p>
      My bachelor degree is in Computer Science. I got it in the National Autonomous University of Mexico (<link href="http://www.unam.mx">UNAM</link>) at <link href="http://www.fciencias.unam.mx/">Science Faculty</link> (2005). In 2006 I received an scholarship by <link href="http://www.conacyt.mx/">CONACyT</link> for getting the DPhil degree.
      </p>
      <p>
      My research topic is about graph comprehension in primary school children. In particular, I am interested in studing the <em>graph as picture</em> 'misconception'. I will develop an interactive software that will be used as a research tool, and later, for educational use. I would like to use this information to design and implement well research-based software and to understand more about the cognitive process that are involved in graph comprehension (using a developmental perspective).
      </p>
      <p> I am in the <link href="http://www.informatics.sussex.ac.uk/research/groups/repcog/">Representation and Cognition Group</link> (RepCog) in the Informatics Department.
