Brighton Brighton &ersand; Hove community
Seagulls are everywhere here in Brighton. You can here their cries day and (unfortunately) night and my car seems to be the seagulls' favourite target!
Anyway, Brighton is a lovely town (meanwhile promoted a "city" by the Queen) at the seaside. Many international restaurants, dozens of pubs, The Lanes with their narrow streets and fascinating shops, the Brighton Pier (I recommend the good old fruit machines, 20p a go with 5 pound maximal win) as well as the West Pier (it was still beautiful when I arrived here), and the beach with all its outdoor cafes and pubs.
The Royal Pavillion (sold by Queen Victoria to the community because she found it rather misplaced) is the symbol of the Brighton and Hove community.
