The University is offering a number of Graduate Teaching Assistantships and Studentships for suitably qualified candidates to undertake research (MPhil or DPhil) starting in October 2004.

The University of Sussex is a leading research institution with interests across a broad range of disciplines. In the latest Research Assessment Exercise (RAE), Sussex was recognised as producing research of national and international standard in every one if its subject areas without exception.

Research proposals are sought in the areas below. Contact the person listed below for further information.

Please note that in order to be considered for an award you need to complete the Graduate Teaching Assistantships & Studentships 2004 Application Form ( word | pdf) and you also need to complete the standard Postgraduate Application Form.
